Returns and Refunds

We want you to feel confident shopping with us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.

📦 Returns

Due to the nature of our business model, we do not accept returns at this time.

Since we ship items directly from our suppliers, we are unable to process physical returns. Please double-check your order before confirming it.

💸 Refunds

We offer full refunds only if your order has not yet been processed or fulfilled.

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 12 hours of purchase at puremists.store@gmail.com with your order number. Once an order is processed, we’re unable to make changes or issue a refund.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Orders that have already been shipped.

  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • Buyer’s remorse.

📷 Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • A clear photo of the item

  • Your order number

We’ll work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or partial refund depending on the case.
